An exciting vacancy has arisen within the GFS team for a Strategy and Policy Manager. We are seeking a highly-motivated and proactive individual with experience of coordinating and delivering activities in partnership with multiple stakeholders.

The role consists of the following responsibilities:

  1. driving forward GFS strategic priorities and work packages, including working groups, workshops and authoritative reports, bringing together different disciplines and stakeholders
  2. influencing, securing and overseeing the delivery of funding for food security research programmes, working with the Director of GFS
  3. supporting the international temperate agriculture network (TempAg), for which GFS provides part of the secretariat, working with the GFS Strategy and Policy Officer
