We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our friendly, well established Finance Accounts Payable team located in Billingham Town Centre. This is a busy role providing transactional processing across a variety of areas, with scope to develop your skills and finance knowledge.

The key responsibilities include:

  • highly accurate data processing of supplier invoices received both as hard copies and electronically
  • handling ad-hoc queries
  • effectively performing a range of administrative tasks to support the finance team function
  • proactively resolving queries and problems and liaising with the teams Performance Leader
  • demonstrating a high level of accuracy maintaining finance records to ensure a full audit trail.

While the above is preferred, full training will be given for all aspects of the role.
