Working within one of our service delivery teams, your role will be to maximise performance and ensure customer satisfaction. We have roles available in our HR & Payroll, Finance and Procurement service delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The exact duties will depend upon the role you are offered.

Duties can include:

  • taking ownership of processing information required for our customers accurately in line with service level agreements
  • investigating and resolving queries on a range of disciplines
  • taking ownership of incoming contact from our customers and where appropriate, follow through to successful closure following investigation
  • contact with our customers by phone, email and via our internal Service Request system
  • liaising with customers when their issue resolution is dependent on their input or action and be first line support on activities for all HR, Finance or Procurement enquiries to resolve, as far as possible, first time
  • you will be expected to be flexible and carry out other activities when requested by your performance leader.

You will be required to have strong attention to detail, along with good numerical and grammatical skills to produce correspondence for customers and update our Oracle system.

You will liaise closely with customers to build and maintain good relationships and work on joint/cross-service activities, whilst working to personal and team objectives.



  • qualified to ’GCSE’ level or equivalent
  • a customer focused outlook
  • strong attention to detail
  • excellent organisational skills.


  • previous experience working in an administrative function, a customer services environment (preferably within a contact centre/call centre environment), or working in a finance environment 
  • experience in data entry or processing data
  • computer literate and competent in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • previous experience of working to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • experience of using Oracle.
